Erik Simpson

Senior Associate Attorney

Erik Simpson has been practicing law for more than twenty years and is licensed to practice law in the states of Nevada, California, and Florida. He attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he graduated with a degree in business administration. After working for a commodities exchange, he decided to attend law school and subsequently graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law. He then relocated to Nevada and began practicing law.

Erik has practiced in a variety of areas, including commercial and business law, commercial litigation, insurance law, personal injury and medical malpractice defense, and bankruptcy. He enjoys assisting business clients with their concerns and helping to resolve issues which affect the operation of their businesses.
